Join us on July 21-22 for the 2021 Bold Open focused this year on protein innovation!

For the third year, the Agricultural Utilization Research Institute and MBOLD are partnering on this innovative approach to build connections and accelerate innovative solutions that improve the world through new practices, products, processes that:

• Enhance animal proteins and their sustainability

• Advance plant and other novel proteins

The Bold Open collaboration brings together a unique and growing ecosystem of leading Minnesota-based companies and trade associations, representing a broad spectrum of the value-chain, which provides access to an audience of high-impact players in the food and agriculture sectors. Our collaborators are interested in looking outside of their four walls for new ideas and forging new partnerships to accelerate innovative solutions to challenges facing the food and agriculture industry.
