GET SUPPORT
You can register online or by downloading Startup Space from the App Store or Google Play. Regardless of where you sign up, your login works for both places!
In most instances, you’ll automatically land inside your community as long as your location matches the hub’s radius. If your location is outside of that radius or you do not land in your hub, you can still join your community.
On mobile app, click Connect Now, then select the magnifying glass in the upper right corner. From here, you can search for hubs within a designated location.
To join a hub or swap between existing hubs via desktop, click “Change” beneath “Member of” from your user profile.
Still experiencing difficulties? Check out the tutorial section below.
Absolutely. You can use the method listed above to find and join additional hubs.
To toggle between hubs on app, simply click “Connect Now,” then use the dropdown on the top of the screen.
To swap between existing hubs via desktop, click “Change” beneath “Member of” from your user profile.
Of course! Check out our tutorial section below for specific instructions on how to submit resources and events via mobile app or desktop.
As much as we would love for you to join your community on Startup Space, we understand that reaching that next step often requires ease of access. Our resource compass is open to everyone and represents the full breadth of organizations and partners listed within participating communities. Start browsing your community’s listings here.
To get started, we first recommend reviewing our step-by-step tutorial. If you have further questions, please reach out to contactus@startupspace.app.
